Old Llantrisant Hill
Introduction
- Text - v15 "My times are in Your hand, deliver me from the hand of my enemies"
- Happy new year
- Would you like another year like last year?
- David's tone changes twice v1-13 - confidence, v9-13 one who has been forgotten/dead/broken
- The Christian's life is not 'happy all the day'
- David's confidence in God was still sure
- We should be confident as Christians - confident in God
- Are we confident in the year ahead?
- The text refers to two hands - the hands of our foes and the hands of our God the Father

- The world, flesh and devil
- This control was broken at our salvation/conversion
